Private Reformer Sessions
A Conversation First
We begin with a short conversation about your goals, movement history, and any injuries or limitations. We start where you are.
Fully Guided Movement
You will be coached through personalized exercises with clear cues, attention to form, and thoughtful progression.
Personalized Pacing
Sessions are adjusted in real time to support your body and help you build strength safely and confidently.
Progress Over Time
Each session builds on the last, helping you move better and feel stronger with consistency.


Small Group Classes
Small group classes are intentionally kept small to allow for form awareness, clear cueing, and feedback throughout class. While classes are not individualized, options and modifications are always offered so you can move at a level that feels appropriate for you.
