Pilates Spring Wall class is a 45 minute semi-private, class using the Merrithew spring wall for resistance, held in a gently heated room with Higher Dose red light therapy warmth. This class is heated, not hot.
The heated environment supports comfortable movement and focus while you work through controlled, full-body exercises designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support recovery. The pace is steady and intentional, allowing you to move with awareness rather than rush through exercises.
Class size is limited to two participants to allow for form awareness, clear cueing, and guided instruction throughout.
